Are we overplanning?

We're going to Disney on November 24 and I'm wondering if we've scheduled too many ADRs. I'd like to get some feedback. I'd also appreciate some feedback on the restaurant choices.

Day 1 (Travel Day): Dinner - Nine Dragons
Day 2: Lunch - BOG, Dinner - Coral Reef
Day 3: Dinner - Jiko
Day 4: Breakfast - Kona, Dinner - Ohana
Day 5: Universal
Day 6: Universal
Day 7: Dinner - Sanaa
Day 8: Lunch - Mama Melrose
Day 9: Lunch - Homecomin'

I think Sanaa is very nice and so quiet. I prefer Sanaa over Jiko. The food is pretty good and spicy. You'll be able to see animals from most of the tables. If you want a window seat just ask for one. It's not a busy restaurant at all so it shouldn't be an issue.

'Ohana is worth the price. Kona, not so much but that's just my opinion. I've never been wowed by the food or service (breakfast and dinner). The tonga toast for breakfast and the meat for dinner were equally dry.

Apparently Homecomin' is a hit and I'm also trying it out next month. I can't wait to try their fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and greens.

Overall you've made a normal list that can be easily executed.

You can never over plan when it comes to WDW. The only mistake I can see in your plan is 2 days at Universal when you should be at Disney. :)
