no criticism....just wondering the reason you don't make your sit-down meal for that large a group at noon (or 1 or 2) instead of waiting until evening in each park? what we've found is that everyone is very hungry for the mid day meal and you'll spend just as much $$ at counterservice or snacking around waiting for the "special" meal. Plus, the kids will be fresher and behave better mid day and the prices are a bit lower for the same type of menu. Let's face it, few of us can even attempt to finish a dinner-size portion! I'd switch most of the meals and maybe do something at DTD one night and/or your resort another. Also, take advantage of special parades and fireworks at any opportunity. If you put something off, it may not happen weather-wise. See Illuminations, Fantazmic, WISHES, etc. when it's scheduled. with the limited park hours, sometimes these events are on limited schedules as well. I'm sure your group will be splitting up at some point so little ones can swim and nap and the older kids can continue on in the parks. That will help alot. Have a wonderful time and don't try to jam too much in--let everyone do their favorite (and they might not yet know what that is) a second time rather than rush through to the next thing.

You know my best advice, take one day at a time, I would make out your ADR and what day you want to go where but I wouldnt worry about the time schedule of when to leave just because one day the kids might get tired and you'll want to leave earlier or it rains more one day.. Another day may be a good day and you stay till park closing.. I would just see day to day how everyone feels.. There has been many a day I planned on staying at a park all day and ended up back at the resort by 3 and just took the kids swimming and then back to the park or DTD feeling refreshed.. My kids are older too and use to the heat and the crowds they are disney veterns themselves but even they have their days..
