Why not. Fort Wilderness is a great Campground. I think that you will have a lot of fun.

I have wrestled with not getting tickets. I myself can't believe I even suggested not getting tickets. I do appreciate all the responses. I am sure we will budget a little extra so that if we get there and can't stay away we can still get tickets.

Not crazy , we've stayed at OKW Resort for 6 days and never went to parks. Went to FW and did hiking trials hay ride and HDDR. Walked from OKW to DTD. rode bikes , rented boat,went fishing,enjoyed pool.Played golf and visited the other resorts (DVC) to see them and get tour. Plus tried dining spots at other resorts.
