Are we Crazy?? Aug 11 first time PTR!!

Your DS's expression is priceless.:thumbsup2 My face still looks like that every time we go! We will be there from August 17 - 26. We are patiently waiting for the late August dates to open up on Southwest so that we can book our flights out of Bradley. Hoping to fly out early (6:30 or 7 ish) and fly home late (5 or 6pm).;) Can't wait for August park hours too so I can start to do some daily plans!popcorn::

I definatly look like that too no matter how many times i have been there. We too are flying out of Bradley and cant wait for Southwest to open those dates.. It really feels more real once airfare is booked!! I wish i knew when the park hours will come out so i can figure out the dining ahead of time. Not much longer for the 180 days so we can book dining. The times you are looking for, for you flights is exactly what we look for. Have to be on the first flight in the morning.. Love being there before noon!!

Ok since this is my first report ever. I was wondering if anyone could give me any help. I was wondering how to put multiple quotes in a post.. Any help will be great!!

Okay, I am IN here too! We are going Aug 13 - Sept 10 2011, so we will be there the same time you are! :woohoo:
Can't wait to hear more about your planning! I am going to start my pre-trippie tonight, too! :goodvibes

As for multi quotes. Right next to the little quote button there is "+ button, which you click for multi quotes.
Click as many as you like and when you have found your last one, just hit quote and there you are!
Hope that helps - sorry if I don't make all that much sense explaining something, but English is NOT my first language!

Can we talk food please? After all, we're going for the free dining! Bahaha!!! Our must do's are Trails End, Cape May, Chef Mickey's and ESPN...thinking we're gonna try Crystal Palace for breakfast cuz the thought of being in MK before the crowds is exciting to me, and we've already done Tusker House at AK twice. Has anyone tried Boatwrights at POR? We usually like to try buffets so we all can find something we like. I was thinking I'd like to try Boma for either breakfast or dinner, but my DS can be picky, but still loves a good steak or fish. Any helpful hints for some different yummies???:confused3

We have been to CP but we were there for lunch. We enjoyed the character interaction and a buffet is good for us since we have a picky 5 year old and a vegetarian teenager in our family.;) We stayed at POR but never tried Boatwrights so I am no help there. Sorry.:confused3 We are staying at ASMu this year so we are doing the QSDP. We are actually anxious to try this and have a bit more freedom with our eating. We are planning on paying for a couple of TS meals OOP. O'hana is on the top of our list. Can't decide whether to do breakfast or dinner.

I would love to try Ohana, but I'm afraid my son and this PTR writer, aka my hubby, won't enjoy it...so many great places to try, but I've got wimpy eaters in my life:laughing:

Kera touched base a little with out Dining thoughts. But lets give you a little overview about our thoughts. Coming into this trip we wanted to do some different resturants. So i thought we could all choose 1 favorite that we want to do this time no matter what. Our last trip meals consisted of ESPN, Cape May, Tusker house (breakfast), Chef Mickeys, Trails End, Tony's Townsquare, Sci FI, and Big River Grille.

So as Kera stated in her post the three we have chosen thus far is Me: Espn. I love the atomsphere and i love Boneless Buffalo wings. So i like going there. Last time we did this OOP and we limited ourself. This time we will use the Dining Plan to eat there. Kera chose Trails End. In which we ate for the very first time last year. And we loved it. We have never seen Ian eat like he did that day!! It was insane. Technically Kera and Ian's choices are the same. If one chose one the other would of chosen the other. With that being said Ian's choice is Cape May. He loved the food there and the atmosphere. And enjoyed drawing pictures on the table.

When choosing our resturants we try to get Buffets. Ian can be very picky and i am just a little. So buffets make it easy for everyone to choose. So we would like anyones opinions on resturants. We still may use a few of the resturants from last year.

Next Update:
Some thoughts on other Resturant choices for our trip.

For buffets, we've tried Tusker House (breakfast) and Crystal Palace (lunch). Liked them both and you can't beat the character interaction!

Did you get alot of snow where you are? We are in Central CT and we got about 2 feet!!:scared1: Not fun to shovel!:sad2:

We to also enjoyed Tusker House for breakfast. But i think we are gonna do just the one breakfast.

We to got about 2 feet of snow. Lucky it was a lighter snow or else it would of been that much worse.

Sorry havent been on much the last couple of days. Our charging cord went dead on us for our laptop so we had no computer for a few days.

Has anyone eaten at Planet Hollywood. We have tossed this possibility around. Its a place we have thought about going the last two times but havent made it there. Since we are so close to DD i thought this may be a good option.
