Are we assigned to someone at MS?

I've had to bank points and have had a coupel questions all of which I did by email to member services. Each time, the same perosn has replied. Is this just by chance, or are members assigned to soemone in member services and that is who all our inquires go to? I woudl think there are enough members there is not just one perosn handling all emails. :eek:

I've often had the same person handle emails, but I don't think we are "assigned" to anyone...I always talk to someone different on the phone.

It's just luck of the draw with MS. It's possible that there are limited number of CMs who handle the e-mail requests. I once had the same MS person 3 days in a row when I called in the morning....even she thought it was kind of funny.
 

MS tends to have certain people do the emails. It's usually just one or two. I've even had replies from MS at times when MS isn't available, like over the weekend. Someone was obviously catching up from home. I was thrilled on those two instances as I'd assumed it'd be Monday at the earliest.
