Neat to have the app tell me the wait times, but wondering whether anyone has checked the accuracy at the parks? I didn't know about the app last visit and would love to know if it will work for next time. It would really save a lot of time!
It really depends on how accurate the times being submitted are. Some of these programs appear to merely compile user submitted times. I generally use them to get a general idea of how busy the park is before heading over there.
I saw a review of the Iphone app for WDW the person checked a few times a day over a couple days. Some were fairly off by about 15-30 but most were within 5 minutes.
The snagg was ost were off by a lot around 10-11am when the park is getting toward peak attendance. Again most were off after fireworks when most people started to leave. It worked out that it wasn't worth using in the morning or at late night.
Why must everything be so 'Techno'? Go with the flow,Enjoy the moment, smell the Roses. Why must everything be rush, rush, rush?
There is no law you 'must' see everything "Right Now"!!

But you see, knowing the wait times allows us to enjoy the moment and smell the roses, rather than wasting that time shlepping two small children across the park only to find a line that is way too long to wait in.
I have mousewait and gotplans. I have used them on three seperate days. I found that mousewait was updated the most. It was accurate mostly. There were occasions that it was way off, but that was rare. gotplans was not updated nearly as often, so of course it wasn't very accurate.
I found it was easier to update wait time in mousewait and used it more myself. I felt comfortable trusting that in general what mousewait was saying was correct. I found it helped keep me from trekking across the park to see how a line was and it helped me catch a line that was not too bad. I have ridemax and have a socal ap and use it often so I generally have a plan. It was nice to get a little extra information.
I am getting the new Iphone when it releases and will have it in July. Will let you know then how it works for us. This thread gives me a good idea to use the app.

I think that is the way of most folks lives. Some folks go to an island, sit on the beach, eat, drink and whatever and they think they get value for their dollars. Some of us go to DLR, spend $$$$, go like hell and think we get value for the dollar.
To each their own, but unfortunately it is a techno world.
