Are U Going in 2006? When, Where and Why? An out-of-curiousity question!

Hi all
Just for future booking ideas... I was wondering who is going to a DVC resort this year? When (Dates)? Where (which DVC and unit size) and Why (the main reasons you chose that particular resort)?
Our party hasn't decided when or where and are still trying to figure out why!!!
Party=Me, DH, DD9 (disabled), DD1 and possibly DGM (older) :O)

Oct 2006 - Studio at SSR. Why? F/W festival and we want to be close to DTD and the spa
Nov 2006 - CR Tower for our annual trip. Used points, why? Want to be able to stay in the Tower before/if CR turns into DVC and my son loves the "breakfast house" (his term because we have bfast at Chef Mickey's )

Early May-BWV (couldn't get into BCV) why? sick of the rain out here!
October-BCV (home resort) why? F&W naturally

November 5-10.

Right now we have a one bedroom booked at BCV because it's our home. I hope to switch to BWV, standard view one bedroom at the seven month mark because I love it there and the points are low. If I can't and my waitlist doesn't come through, I'll switch to OKW one bedroom. I'm planning on staying a Friday night next year, so I need to save the points.

May 4-8 BCV two-bedroom with friends. Why? Because I sent them a questionnaire and from their answers determined they would like BCV best.
May 8-11 OKW studio-just me and my husband. Why? It's our home resort.

October 29 VWL studio-just me and my husband. Why? It's home and I like it.
October 30-November 3 two-bedroom with hubby's daughter and her best friend. Currently at OKW but will try to move to an Epcot resort because they want to do the Food and Wine Festival, and will probably enjoy the Boardwalk.

December 8-15 studio at VWL-just me and my husband. Why? Because I can (and Wilderness Lodge is probably my favorite resort on WDW property).

March 24-31...two studios at BCV...we're treating dd and her best friend & family. Since we moved last fall, these two girls have not seen each other, and are driving both sets of parents crazy!!!

Dec 7-14...studio & 1bdrm at BCV...just our annual early Dec. trip. We are staying in a studio for part of the time because I am conserving points....we are taking a group of 12 to BCV over spring break next year...three "graduating seniors" and their families...our "graduation present".

Oct 2006 VWL/BC. VWL because its home and BC because I don't want to use pts for weekends but want to enjoy F&W.

We're banking all extra points for Oct 2007. Using points for friends to join us next year.

VWL Aug 5-13th studio going to disney with friends. 1st DVC trip!

BWV Dec 3-9th one bedroom - home resort

Reasons why?: We love Disney! DH works nights and I work days. We decided last year -MUST do at least one vacation a year so we can spend more time together.

Oct 19-27. BWV 1 bedroom, probably our last time in a 1 bdr before permanately moving to 2 bdr villas. Why BWV? Because we love it there and the F&W festival! Have never attended F&W, we usually go in Dec. We love food and we love wine, so we figure, what's not to like?

September 2-10--BWV-studio--Myself, DH, DD (2), DS (will be 10mnths)--why BWV, b/c we're not planning on spending a ton of time at the parks (just went in Jan) and want an area where there's a lot to do-and also we haven't stayed here before-DH's b-day is Sept 7th, so we're also celebrating his b-day, going for the Night of Joy, and good value for the points in September--gotta love kids not being in school yet!

SSR Oct. 14-21 in a 2br with me, my 3 children and my two good friends (DH just started a new job and couldn't get the vacation time).

Why? Because the kids have a long weekend for a teachers convention. And I hear food and wine is fun. Oh, and of course MNSSHP!

May 12 - 15, 2 studios BCV, Mother's Day. We have gone with DM/DSis to WDW to see the Flower show for years, way before we bought in to DVC.

June 10 BCV studio (celebrating the day we met in 1966) then moving to 1 bedroom OKW June 11-15!

Aug. 20 - 25, family get together at VWL, 1-2 bedroom and 2 studios! Introducing our DGC, ages 1, 2, and 3 to Mickey Mouse!!

Oct. 14 - 17 BWV, GG for DAunts 80th birthday! 1 2-bedroom, 2 studios.

Dec. 16 - 20 BWV, 1 studio, just DH and myself to celebrate Christmas season.

March 25 to 29th (two more weeks!) VB - One bedroom. Why? We decided a long time ago we needed a restful vacation, just to kick back and relax. Me, DH, DDs (18 & 12)

June 11th to 16th SSR 2 bedroom. Us, and DSIL, DNiece, and her two DS (7 & 5 - their first trip to WDW). SIL has talked about joining us on our trip to WDW for the past four trips, well, we finally convinced her to come with, and she decided to bring her DGSs. Their mom decided she couldn't possibly let them go and miss all their reactions, so she's joining us.
