Do you think we could get through airport security with three toy light sabers? We'll only have carry ons with us, no checked luggage.

I think you'd be ok. They are just plastic. If they make noise or spring up I would take out the batteries. We bought some Disney pins after we had checked our bags coming home and they made it home in our carry on stuff.

toy light sabers would be ok. i know they frown on real light sabers though.

It depends. I know wooden toy guns(like they sell at Indiana Jones or Pirates) or plastic one even unrealistic looking ones are not allowed. Before you have crying kids I would double check with security, and I would call or talk to a few different times cause like CM's you can get very diff. answers.

I know it is silly but since when do some of the rules make sense.

LOL.

I ask b/c I saw on the TSA website that bats were not allowed. I figured the light saber is similar to a baseball bat when extended.
