Are tips automaticly added to bill on DDP?

Are tips automaticly added to your on DDP? If they are and you have really terriable service can you have that amount changed? Not beinging a cheapy, really, I've just had some poor service at Disney and want to know if I have the option

Correct. But if you have poor service a manager can adjust the automatic gratuity.

Or, instead of getting the automatic service charge adjusted.... get the bad service adjusted (i.e. changed/resolved) while it's occurring.

Why suffer through poor service?
