I don't know if it's sold out yet but a separate park ticket is not required unless you go earlier in the day. It's my understanding, the party starts at 7 p.m. but they will allow you in at 4 p.m. I used this information to book ADR at LT for 5:50 on 9/15 (first MNSSHP nite)

Added-I just checked www.waltdisneyworld.com and they show all nights still available. Hope this helps!
