The ticket prices on the Disney website and the prices at the booths are the same. What kind of ticket does your DH need? If it is a one day ticket, there usually aren't any discounts offered on those, so buying ahead online is a smart option just so you both can go straight to the turnstiles and skip the line at the booths. If you have a multiday ticket, you need to purchase ahead of time if you want a MM (3 day or more tickets). For multi-day tickets, you often can find discounts through various vendors (e.g. aRes, Getawaytoday, LMT, etc.).
