"Your Upcoming Stay" emails when you have a ressie that starts soon?

We check into HRH on Friday, and we haven't received our "Upcoming Stay" email yet. Did they stop doing that?

Suppose I should call and confirm our ressie, but I just don't feel like talking to anyone right now, lol....

Do you have a confimation Number? if so go to LoewsHotels.com and look up your ressie that way

I received an "Upcoming Stay" email for our stay at RPH on December 9th. Check in was December 16th.

I just realized you are stayin at the HRH..I am sure if you have your conf # you can look it up on the website.

We have stayed over 20 times at PB and RPR and have NEVER received

one of those e-mails! We have never received a survey about our stays

either!??

We always get an email about a week before, then a survey right after our stay.

i only get those emails when i stay at the loews hotels.

did not get it when i stayed at hrh.

Thanks everyone. I thought I had gotten one of those emails when we stayed at HRH in October. Hmmmmm. Checked online and they did not give our reservation away. Phew!!
