Are they Registered massage therapists on the dream?

I would like a massage and if it is by a registered massage therapist it is covered. DOes anyone know if they are RMTs on the dream. Thank you!

Saw this on a job posting site for cruise industry:
Massage Therapist Job Requirements:

North American candidates for massage therapist position must hold a license in massage therapy or a diploma in Swedish massage with Anatomy and Physiology (minimum 150 hours). Any additional courses, e.g. aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, remedial massage is beneficial

European candidates must be qualified in Swedish/Sports massage with NVQ, ITEC, VTCT, (minimum 150 hours). Any additional courses, e.g. aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, remedial massage would be considered as a plus. Massage with Facial Electrics, Level 2 NVQ and Level 3 NVQ (Massage)

Candidates from Australia and New Zealand must be qualified in Swedish/Sports massage with ITEC, Cert 4, (minimum 150 hours). Any additional courses, e.g. aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, remedial massage would be considered as a plus

You better make sure that the provider is actually covered by your plan. Yes, your insurance might cover RMT treatments, however, if they are not licensed in the US or on your plan (I doubt many on cruise ships are), you might end up with out-of-network uncovered expenses that you were not expecting.

I will point out that most US health plans do not cover "out of country" care. And once you board the ship you are "out of country".
 
The way the massage is billed might also be questionable when the insurance company reviews it since it is charged to your onboard account, so basically you are paying DCL for it. The cost is much more than on land as well. I remember a thread discussing this years ago.
 
In the unlikely case that you health insurance would cover out of country medical expenses it would only be in an emergency situation.
