Are these pins tradable?

I just bought my first pins to trade at WDW. Actually, my daughters will be trading them. Now, I am a little concerned, because I looked them up on PinPics and it says they do not have the Disney stamp on the back. They are called "tack pins" and are found here:

They are each on a card that says Disney. I did not see them on the counterfeit page. Are these still legitimate tradable pins? Will the CM's accept them even though they do not have the Disney stamp on the back of them? (I learned this after I bought them. PinPics has them listed as not having a stamp, although I have not received them in the mail yet to check for myself.)

your link was for a bunch of pins - do you have the pinpic # and we can look it up for you

Sorry about that.

What I bought will be an assortment of these pins.

Some Cast Members may trade them. However, most will not because they're not backstamped Disney.

UGH! This is not good. Do all legitimate Disney pins have a back stamp? I was thinking these would be fine because they were on a card that shows they were Disney. Of course, the pins won't be on the card when we trade them.

Do the cm's only take pins that are back stamped?

All the Disney pins that I have come across always at least have the Disney copyright stamped on the back. The CM's are told that they are only allowed to trade pins with the Disney copyright so you probably will have trouble trading those pins.

The tack pins are still legitimate pins, they just aren't tradeable pins unless Disney is stamped on the back.
