Are these good choices?

We want to get the most out of our free dining plan in August (8/27-9/1). I have made the following reservations. Please comment on the times also! (Our family consists of DH, DD 14, DS 16, DS 2 and myself.) FYI, DS 2 is used to staying up until 10 or 11pm. DH is a musician.....

Sunday: (arrival day) Chip & Dale GG at Epcot 5pm. This is the one I am most unsure about. Do I want to start out the week with a character dinner or eat at a nicer restaurant to get more bang for the free dining?

Monday: Ohana 5:45pm. Our day will begin early in the MK. We want to be done eating in time for the more adventurous of our party to head to MGM for EMH and Rocking Roller Coaster.

Tuesday: Crystal Palace 6:55pm. DS 2 LOVES Piglet! We want to finish in time to see Spectro Magic in Frontierland.

Wednesday: Boma 8:10pm. Late dinner so we can go to EMH in AK first and ride EE on a not so full stomach! (LOVE that ride!)

Thursday: Coral Reef 6:40pm. Anniversary dinner. We want out in time for Illuminations

So am I missing a must see restaurant? We wanted to do HoopDeeDo, but not enough TS credits to use this trip. I thought about HoopDeeDo instead of GG, but which other restaurant would I delete?

We also love Marakeesh, but don't know what to give up to get that choice!

I would keep Garden Grill. The food and service are good. I always do a character meal for the first day! Your choices are fine. I wanted to try boma but can't fit in it this trip.

We have always liked Marakeesh (sp?). We do tend towards the more "ethnichly adventurous" meal choices. I wonder what I have on my list to replace?

We had great fun at Garden Grill.
