We are going to eat at Ohana, Crystal Palace, and Chief's Mickey. I was just wondering on how good are they? From a scale of 1-10 :cheer2:

I have not done Ohana's (yet) but I have done CP and CM. While breakfast is not my favorite CP meal (I prefer dinner), it's not that bad. The buffet has a nice selection. The celebration is fun, and you can't go wrong with Pooh. I would give it a 6 1/2.

CM is also fun. I enjoy the buffet. And the characters are soooo cute. I also love the napkin-waving. I would give this a 8.

WELL OHANA AND CRYSTAL PALACE IS GREAT ! I DON'T REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CHEF MICKEY'S BUT I HEAR GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT . I'M PROBABLY GOING TO BOOK THE SAME PLACES WHEN I GO TOO . IT'S PRETTY COOL THAT WERE GOING AT THE SAME TIME . DON'T YOU THINK .... :thumbsup2

What napkin waving?

I only have experience with Crystal Palace but I'd give it a 7 1/2. Everything seemed fresh..what needed to be warm was warm, and what needed to be cold was cold. The variety was very good and they seemed to be willing to meet any special needs. Not fine dining, but certainly good. We'd go back again.

I was not impressed with Ohana's breakfast, we had a longer wait there than at CM or CP and it seemed to be more crowded and less interaction with the characters.
Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace are always GREAT! The food is good, the interaction is wonderful especially the napkin dance!!

I have been to O'Hana quite a while back in 95 on my 21st b-day for bfst. But the astomphere was gorgeious and I think I remember the food being good. But mostly I remember the characters especially Goofy interacting with my Dad and I (he had his b-day 2 days prior to mine) and Goofy trying to mime out me getting a drink :drinking1

We're going for the newer version w/ Lilo and Stitch in June (which is before your trip), so I'll try and remember to pm you with how it was. My twins almost 9 love those guys!

I have never been to CP, but am looking forward to that finally also in June, I love Piglet and think it would be so pretty to eat in there.

Now I have been to CM's twice, once in 98 and then in 05 for my twins then 6th b-day. It was great. I thought the buffet was scrumptous, we did have a bit of a wait but we were a party of 13....The characters are excellent here and come around alot. The napkin waving to answer a question from another post, is they have music come on and you sing along while crazily whipping your napkin around in the air w/ all the characters.

I'll rate it at a 8 1/2.

Have FUN!:thumbsup2

I've done Crystal Palace twice. Both times were good. I'd give the food an "8", & the character interaction a "9". Some of my food was cold (that should have been hot), & one time we finished eating before all the characters had come by (not neccessarily Disney's fault).

Ohana was a 9 for us, good food, good interaction!

We did O'hana in September, and found it to be delicious. We thought the character interaction was better than Chef Mickey's, and the food was a vast improvement (we did dinner at CM). DS enjoyed parading with the characters at O'hana, and we enjoyed a nice view of the castle while we sipped our juice.

I personally prefer a meal that is served to me at a table over a buffet, so we also liked that aspect.

I would give O'hana a 9, 'cause nothing is perfect!

We did Ohanas in August and loved it. The characters were fun, the food was good, and the view of Magic Kingdom was beautiful!

We thought CMs was the best breakfast we've had -- a 9, at least, based on service, characters, and food quality. We found CP just okay, like a 6. We've never done breakfast at Ohana.

I was not happy with Ohana's breakfast (I like choices) but 1900 Park Fare was wonderful. I'd do it before Ohana any day.

1) Remember, you go to character meals for characters, not the meal.
2) The meals are OK, but nothing spectacular.
