Are There Still Some Unlinked Fast Pass Machines?

Hi, everyone!
In reading through past threads "researching" for our trip, I've found several posts that refer to
some Fast Pass machines at particular rides that are not linked to the rest of the machines at DL or DCA.
Is this still true and what machines are not linked where you can actually be holding more than 1 FP at a time?
I know that the two parks are not linked together, but what rides in each park are not linked?
(I'd rather not be running back and forth with my whole family between parks!)
I'm not even sure if there still are any, maybe they've all been connected by now.
Help! Thanks in advance ...

So far as I know, Roger Rabbit and Star Tours are still unconnected as is Grizzly River in DCA.
