are there set EE days or does it depend on time of year??

Hi everyone i usually lurk because i have no knowlege to contribute!!

AND I am so greatful for all the wisdom distributed here!
But i do have a question for anyone kind enough to answer:

Are there set days for EE??

or does it depend on the time of year we go??

we are going Sept.22-29...

any infor would be greatly appreciated
