I don't have any recommendations, but I can at least point you to where they have breakfast.

All the Starbuck locations have breakfast sandwiches and pastries. All the parks have Joffrey carts that have HUGE donuts and some other breakfast pastries.

AK: Yak n Yeti QS has breakfast and Kusafari has one or two savory items along with pastries
EP: Sunshine Seasons has breakfast
HS: Fairfax Fare has breakfast and the new Woody's Lunch Box in TSL will have breakfast
MK: Sleepy Hollow has waffles and waffle sandwiches

This is true and it is considered counter service, however you do need an ADR to get in.

mamamelody2 is right, it gets crazy busy at Be Our Guest. An ADR would be wise.
