Are there posted wait times?

Do they post the wait times at each ride the way they do at WDW?
I'll be onsite with Express Pass, but after reading that RRR, Despicable Me and Transformers still have long EP lines, I'd like to monitor the wait times so I can ride when the EP line is shorter.
And is there an app for it? There are so many different ones for Disney....

Wait times are posted for the stand by line...not the Express line. They have wait times signs at the attraction entrances as well as several large boards throughout the parks.
