Are there carriage rides at POR?

I thought I saw somewhere that there are carriage rides at POR. Do they still have these? We are going to be there in May, and thought that DD's would love this.

Has anyone done this? Or should we go over to Fort Wilderness?

Yes they have them at POR. We're going in 2 weeks, and hopefully I can convince DH to take one with me, and MAYBE bring the kids. I'll let you know if I go what it is like.

Yes. We did this in October as part of our anniversary week.. It's $30.00 for a 1/2 hour and the ride takes you all around the resort. You can only pay in cash however and I would suggest you make a reservation with guests services when you check in as these rides tend to fill up fast. As I recall the run from 6:00 to 9:00. We made ours extra special by bringing a bottle of champagne with us. Enjoy!
