Are there any rides Older People should Avoid?

We (my parents, my little sister, me and my grandparents) are going to Disneyland and DCA in 12 days. I was just wondering, in DL are there any rides my grandparents shouldn't go on?

The main ones that cause concern are: BTMRR, SM, MH, Indy

I still have to talk to my grandparents to see if they have any pain prior to our trip.

I would think that it would be up to the person on what they would want to ride and what they could tolerate and enjoy. If they haven't been on the ride explain to them in detail what the ride entails and leave it up to them. Let them make the choice. When we took my grandma we let her decide and let her watch the rides first or described to her what it was like. She was a lil daredevil but, she knew her limits. Her absolute favorite was Soarin' at DCA. She really wants to go back for her 90th birthday just to ride Soarin.

Indy and space could both be pretty hard on them, and matterhorn is very rough. My DGM rode BTMRR into her 80s. It can also be seen and evaluated prior to riding, while the others really cant.

Depends on how old your grandparents are and how their health is. My husbands parents have went to DL with us 3 times (3 more weeks until trip #4 for them) in the last 12 years. They are now 75 and 78. The first trip they were still in their 60's. They rode everything we drug them on to. They didnt care for space. The last 3 trips they've been in their 70's. They still dont care for space, but FIL (the older of the two) will still ride it will us. MIL has stopped riding Indy. Its just a bit to rough for her.

Indy, matterhorn, screamin' and maliboomer are probably questionable for older people.
