Frozen gift card issues? Never heard of such. More info?

Multiple reports of them being drained shortly after purchase on the gc thread in '22 and it was not a new problem even then. Other cards were never affected. No recent reports- but most on the thread know to avoid the Frozen gc's so this isn't surprising. If you gotta have a Frozen background order one of the custom jobs straight from the Disney store online.
