Are there any movies you just CAN'T watch?

So....I hadn't seen Requiem for a Dream and since it was mentioned so much in this thread I just had to see what all the hubub was about. Well, WTH! Don't even know what I just watched but do know that's one hour and 42 minutes I will never get back. Which reminds me of another flick I said that about....50 Shades of Grey.

Yeah, my son convinced that I NEEDED to watch Requirm. I felt completely lost the whole time.

Count me in on that one too. I own it on DVD, and I can't remember ever watching it.

We have it too. It’s never even been opened.

DH and I saw it at the theater. The silence as everyone left that theater was deafening. All you could hear was the sounds of people who had been crying. It was heart wrenching to watch.

Titanic I always want to punch Cameron for his portrayal of Second officer Murdoch as a murderer and a cowardly suicide caused his nephew and his town pain

Alive. I read the book. I know I can't make it through the movie. Those poor people.

As others said, Sophie's Choice, Schindler's List. I know I should, but I just can't. Again, those poor people.

A Dog's Purpose.
It is on right now and I was tempted but I just can't bring myself to watch it.

Any movie with dogs dying, too much gore,
This is me too. Anything with dogs dying or being tortured, forget it. Im out. Cant do it. And too much gore doesnt agree with me either. I cant handle it. So gross. The movie SAW is just gross. I saw hostel and that was bad too.

Ugh, while maybe I could watch it again, but John wick. I had no warning and then spent a good half hour into the movie crying. I really wish I had read what it was about.
OMG no kidding right? John Wick is one of my fave movies, but that dog dying. Its just not right.

I can watch any movie once, no matter the genre. I took a few film classes in college and had to watch some pretty graphic and tense movies, so nothing really fazes me now. But that doesn't mean that I will watch it a second time!

Toy Story 3 came out the year our son left for college. He's graduated and moved to another state so I guess I could watch. But now we're just over a year from our daughter leaves.

Nope. Still not ready.
