Are there any holidays I need to considerwhen planning for May?

I will be in China from May 7th to the 16th. I am considering going to Hong Kong Disneyland for 2 nights. The dates I am considering are between May 12 to the 16th. I am trying to avoid weekends because I read they are busy. What about Mondays? Would it be better to stay a Tuesday and Wednesday night? Are there any holidays I need to work around?

Hong Kong has public holidays on May 1 and May 6 this year.
The week of May 12-16 looks ok. Not school holidays or anything. Monday of that week is should not be different from other weekdays in that week.
