Are there any discounts for March, 2019?

We are planning to go to Disney the week of March 2nd - 10th. 3 Adults, 1 child 5 yrs old.
Pop Century , 5 Day hopper pass, Dinning plan and Memory Maker.

I have looked at Disneys side and there is nothing for Pop. Will there be later on?

All the discounts for March are out (general public, visa, and Passholder, and early in the month SPD). Not every resort and room will be discounted. I have noticed that availability does change. It's worth continuing to check.
