Are there any additional costs for add-ons?

I currently own at BWV and I'm considering adding-on at BLT. Can you tell me if there are any additional costs over and above the cost of the points e.g sales tax etc?

Nope. Just the cost of the points.

What are the rules linking different resorts onto same DVC Membership. I would hate to add (via resale) to my BWV for example with AKL and wind up with 2 different Accounts and unable to pool the points.
