Are the Water Parks open in February?

Are the water parks closed at all during the "winter" season?

The water parks take turns being closed during the winter months but there is always a water park open.

One of the parks is closed and the other is open during the winter season we used to go in late Feb and always missed BB... then it changed to the reverse the past couple years and TL was closed. Not sure what it will be this year.
