Are the Swan / Dolphin included in marathon event transportation?

hi all!

I'm looking for the ideal hotel to stay in during the walt disney marathon weekend. Are the Swan and Dolphin hotel resorts including in the disney marathon transportation to the starting line? or are they considered off site?

They are not Disney owned hotels so I do not think they are included in the marathon weekend transportation.

If they are not, however, its a short walk to the Boardwalk, which is.

Yes, the Swan and Dolphin get their own buses for marathon weekend. I stayed at the Swan for marathon weekend 2011 and we got buses to the expo and races.

Not their own buses in 2012...they shared with Yacht, Beach and Boardwalk. (I was at BCV). Maybe this is a new change?

OP: it is fine to stay there for marathon weekend!
