I was just wondering if the princesses are the same at each breakfast. Will Snow White be at both . We have ressies for both braekfasts and I don't want DD's to be confused that the princesses look different. Who has been at Cinderella's latley? Has Peter Pan or the Prince been there? Thanks

We were at both of the princess breakfasts in September. CRT had Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, Mary Poppins and Belle. When we were at Princess Storybook the princesses were Snow White, Belle, Aurora, Jasmine and Mary Poppins. I thought the princesses were much better at Cinderella's. Snow White at Princess Storybook looked extremely young.

I asked this awhile back and most said not to worry or that they never really thought about that!

I have a 6 year old that really wants to still believe even though she is starting to question things and I think I'm just going to ask her what she thinks or maybe I'll tell her that there's only one Snow White or Aurora etc... and the others are all helpers. I think the ones at MK (CRT) are the 'real' ones!

She's already questioned duplicate characters. Like last year when we saw Belle at MK and then saw her in the show at MGM. She just figured the show Belle is not the real Belle but an actress because Belle is too busy at MK. Same with Ariel. Only the Ariel at the Grotto is the real Ariel and the one in the show is an actress.

Good luck!

I thought the same thing about Snow White... the last time I watched the video. A 16-year old Snow White would be much more authentic than a 26-year old one.

We just got back and had a wonderful time at the Princess Storybook breakfast on 10-11. We were pleasantly surprised when Cinderella appeared as well as Aurora, Jasmine, Mary Poppins, and Snow White!

We were there last week-

At the Princess Storybook breakfast on 10/10, we saw Aurora, Belle, Snow White, Jasmine, and Mulan.

At Cinderella's Royal Table on 10/13, we saw Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, Jasmine, Snow White and Mary Poppins. Prince Charming was downstairs in the lobby.

We enjoyed the CRT breakfast the most. Better food, service and character interaction.

My advice....don't tell her anything, that is unless she asks/questions. And then just ask her what she thinks. My rule is to neither confirm or deny. Let them come up with their own belief.

Hi--

My DD is a CM at WDW and was Snow White at Norway on 10/10. She loves her job--especially the interaction with the children!! My daughter looks quite young--but don't be fooled--she is 23 and has her college degree! Some of the face characters are in the College Program--so they would be younger. The breakfasts are VERY hectic for the characters!! Did you know that there is a certain length of time that the Princesses are supposed to be "on-stage" and if they come off later than they are supposed to, they can get reprimanded? "My" SW said that the Norway breakfast is getting more difficult to do. At first, no one knew about it, so the restaurant was not completely filled and interaction was easier. Now, the place is usually crowded and the characters really have to "move" to get around the rooms in the specified time. It is a MUCH harder job than you would think. At Norway, the characters are also supposed to be completely finished at a specific time so they can get their lunch and get to the countries for "Meet and Greet" sets. At CRT, there is a little more leeway for them.

Some of you mentioned that the Princesses were better at one place than the other. There aren't specific Princesses who only work CRT and other ones who ONLY work Norway. You can be assigned either place. My DD has worked both--in the same week. Sometimes, though, certain Cast Members/Princesses seem to work together in a group better--so that can make for better interaction. In that respect, it is just the "luck of the draw" as to who is scheduled.

Glad you all enjoyed your experiences. I know my DD loves bringing magic to the "little ones" --and I LOVE hearing about all her adventures.

Yes, that is what I meant I just didn't write it well. I will not utter a word about duplicates unless she asks and then I will ask her what she thinks!

I wouldn't worry about the duplicates. My kids are now 10, 8, and 4, and this is the 4th Disney trip for the oldest 2 and 2nd for the littlest. This issue has never been raised. They aren't very old when they know, but don't let on, that the furry ones are really people in costume. Be prepared with an answer if it does come up, but even if one is tanned and the other isn't, most small children would accept an explanation that she must have gone swimming or decided to wear make-up that made her look different. It doesn't have to be possible according to the laws of physics to satisfy a child, nor do you have to lie. Just present possibilities for them to consider. I'd ask, "Do you think she went swimming all day and got a tan?" Maybe your child will say that you can't get that dark of a tan after swimming one day, but maybe they'll say that Cinderella got a tan fast. By offering various explanations you can get insight into your child's view of the world.

My daughter who is 8 has never asked either. I don't know what she thinks, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. Sometimes I think we adults worry to much about things. Just go and have a good time, and don't worry about it.

As for the Snow White at the Storybook Princess Breakfast, she was wonderful, and looked exactly as I would have pictured Snow White to look. In the fairy tale, she is only supposed to be about 16 anyway... just like Aurora and Ariel.

You must be so proud of your DD! It is wonderful to bring so much delight to little children and adults as well. We are going to the PSB during the Christmas week. Hope to see your SW there! :D
