Are the Osbourne Family lights gone for good?

I read that they might be relocated somewhere else. I will be at WDW in November but not holding my breath about seeing them any time soon, if ever again.

Yes their gone. They've given some of the lights back to the family already. One of the Osbourne children actually posted on this site about the lights and did indeed say that the lights are gone for good.

There's rumors about them making a comeback, but their done. That's not to say that Disney won't put up some other lights at HS around the holidays, but I'm sure it won't come close to comparison to the Osbourne lights

The LIghts are gone for good. There are folks speculating that there may be a smaller version located somewhere, but I woudl nto think that will happen for a long time. I miss them already.

The area that they were in is going to be torn down and used for other attractions.

The Streets of America (most recent home for the lights) was closed, and the area will be re-purposed for some of the changes that are coming to Hollywood Studios. If they had another area they could have been easily relocated to I'm sure they would have, but there was no other place on property (outside of maybe Disney Springs, one of the places people thought they could go) that could handle the lights thematically and absorb the crowds.

I would rather have new areas and attractions at DHS then keep the lights...

We loved the lights. I am sad they are gone.
