i'm going tomorrow, and i REALLY hate those things. i'm just wondering if they're out down there right now.

nope there mainly out
Late April and May
Late Aug and September
you should be okay. :thumbsup2

We're going in September...what are the love bugs?

I was there Friday, didn't see any! And they haven't started covering my house yet [:crazy2:] . xD You should be safe for another month or so. :thumbsup2

Yeah, they shouldn't be there until around late spring/early summer, so I don't think there'd be too many around right now, if any at all.

Laura, love bugs are these little, black bugs that fly around doing...well...let's just say! They are called 'love' bugs for a reason. Sometimes, they get tired and land on people. :scared:

It's happened to me SEVERAL times while we were at WDW. Lord knows how many of those things I've smacked because they've landed on me. It's gross beyond belief!

I don't like it at all. :headache:

Thank goodness we're going to Disney a bit later this year. Hopefully most of them will be gone by then.

They're these annoying little bugs that come here twice a year and pretty much just swarm the place. xD There like two bugs that are attached doing, well you can probably guess. xD They're harmless, but pretty ucky especially if you don't like bugs.

I've been in August and September twice and I've never seen them!
:confused3 :goodvibes

The fall lovebugs don't really get to WDW until late October, so you shouldn't be too worried about it, Laura.

They're completely harmless, just annoying. When they land on you, you have to physically touch them for them to fly off, otherwise they're just nice and content sitting on your leg.

They are EVERYWHERE, though. If you look at the ground, you'll see a million little black dots (aka, squashed bugs).

I've been in late September/early October twice, and I've learned to just get used to them.

We visit friends in deleware every september and there are tons of them

never experienced them at WDW but I'd hate to

you'll be good.
they're not down there yet.

i hope i just miss them.
im going april 14th and hope theyre not there!

They had to scrape off all of them from the front of the Magical Express. (That's the bus that takes you from the airport to the hotel right?)
They got really annoying after a while when I went a couple years ago.

When they die, they leave some sort of acid that makes their bodies stick onto like cars and things, so we have to scrape them off. :scared1: It's disgusting.

I just came back from wdw on Wednesday night and I didnt see any.
