Are the disney recreation people just at deluxe resorts?

Just wondering if the recreation people who do all the games and activities at the pools are just at the Disney deluxe resorts or do they have them at the mods and values? Thanks!

All Disney resorts have the activities now.

We had a ball playing pool games at CBR this summer.

I've seen them at ASMu at the pool.

Had them at Pop just a few weeks ago. Truly one of the only redeeming qualities of Pop for us on that trip
