I actually believe the opposite is true. The majority of the studios with tubs are on the first floor.

Yes. The "Deluxe Studio" has a shower/tub combo, while the "Deluxe Studio with Shower" has only the walk-in shower, and no tub.

Good catch! I read it the other way. Yes, the tub/shower combos are almost all on the first floor, except the corner studios.

Yes to that first floor with tub combo. I like that most studios that floor are also dedicated, without the pesky connecting door.
