Are the cheeleaders in WDW during DEC

I was wondering if any cheerleader competitions will be held at WDW during December and could I get the dates. Thanks for the help.

The Pop Warner cheerleaders will be there Dec. 5-11, the exact dates of my trip. Oh well, I'll just plan accordingly and hope to aviod them.
I asked on another thread and didn't get a reply:
Does anyone know if this could possibly affect the crowds at MVMCP that week? Has anyone been to the party the week the cheerleaders are there? We're hoping to go Tuesday night- lower crowds, kids will be 'fresher'- not so tired. I'm hoping the cheerleaders will be too busy toward the beginning of the week to do MVMCP and will wait until that Friday night.

We were at WDW this past December the week that the Pop Warner Cheerleaders were there. We saw them around quite a bit, but they were never a problem. I don't know how much more crowded MVMCP was, since it's the only one we've ever been to and I have no basis for comparison. The crowds certainly weren't unbearable, though.

I have been there three times with the Pop Warner Gang in December, 2000, 2001 and 2003! (The cheerleaders only compete once or twice at the most.) I think the football players are busy most of the week, I'm not sure, I have all girls!!) The parks are not crowded at all even with all of us there!!

I know that the Thursday night MVMCP sold out that week, we went to the Tuesday night MVMCP and it was wonderful!!! Not crowded in the least!! I would stay away from the All-Star resorts though. If I wasn't involved in the organization and on a family vacation, I would not want to be with all of us!! Just too noisy!!! But a fun group!!

I hope we are lucky/talented enough to be back again this December!! Hope to see you there!! CHEERS!!

WE were there that week this past year and found the warner kids to be no problem at all. All we encountered were polite and well behaved. I think the only problems would be staying at a value resort. AT WL we had no encounters at all. The crowds were never bad during the week. We went to the party on tuesday and while there were more people than I expected, it really was not bad at all. Enjoy the week. It will be awsome.
