Are the charts on DVCnews.com the same...

Are the 2011 charts on dvcnews.com the same as the member site? I am going to be buying soon, but want to make sure that our vacations wont be affected all that much with the point re allocation. If they are the same as 2011, we seem like we will be in the minority as it doesnt look like they will affect us all that much. It really sucks that some people are going to be as affected as they are.

Its all making me think twice about dvc...

Yes, the BLT chart on DVC news seems to be the same one that I pulled up from the member website.

We also are not negatively affected by the points charts, per se. We can now plan our trips based on the days it costs us the least to fly, instead of trying to avoid the weekends.

We figure that we should be taking 6 or 7 night vacations anyways and if we can time them up right to bank/borrow the right way, we might even save points.

I will say that it was nice that if we wanted to sneak away for a shorter trip, weekdays were so cheap...hence the reason Disney made the switch.
