Princess Breakfast in Norway as well as Cinderella's Royal Table?
Do you usually leave extra tip, or just what is included in the voucher?

They are good at both. My service never warrented adding to the tip. The vouchers include a 15% tip, but if your service is exceptional you might desire to add to it. I did at Breakfastasaurus and a few other places where the service was exceptional.
