Are the $99 tickets upgradeable?

if their call center is anything at all like Disney's, you could easily call 3 times and get 3 different answers; depending on the person who answers the phone. If you (or anybody else) do call, please post.

The old ticket can't be used for renewal of AP. That information is correct but exceptions can sometimes be made if you go to Guest Services (lobby) inside either park and ask them.

thanks, i need to do it online/phone as we won't be back down in time...probably will drop the renewal unless im thrilled w/hotel rates...least i have full house of 7 day tix
