Looking at booking our first cruise. I see on AllSeas and DCL the prices include port charges and government fees. Are there additional taxes? What percent are they if they are not included in the price? Thanks.
nisiemouse what every price the TA quotes you is it. Port charges, Gvmt taxes and fees are included in that quote.
Once aboard the ship the only extra you may have to pay for are soda, alcohol drinks, special coffees, spa treatments, dinner and brunch at Palo should you choose to dine there, your purchases at the shoppes, if you play bingo and excursion if you do them with DCL.

As Alexandrew said, the prices don't include trip insurance which you can buy on your own for less than what DCL charges. In fact, you can use the same exact insurance company that Disney uses and still pay less.
It also doesn't include what's called "ground transfers" which is basically transportation to and from the port. We didn't opt to purchase this through Disney either. We're planning on using a van from Tiffany Towncar to get to and from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral.
