I don't think so. But you can always ask at your hotel before you go. have fun

There is no charge for strollers during MVMCP.

We were there 11/13 with our stamped stroller ticket in hand, but they said there was no need... they were giving them away to anyone who wanted them.

We went on Monday, Nov. 13, and came in at 4 pm. They asked to see our armband and then gave us a free stroller, choice of single or double.
