Are stores open during EMH?

Does anyone know if all of the stores are open during the EMH morning hour? We would like to hit Tink's Treasures first thing if they are. Thanks!

The shops should be open in the am. If not, go ride some rides and they soon will be. They diffenitly should be for Evening Hour fun.
