Are shirts with chain (girls) rare?

I have a blue one. Someone said trading mic. I offered the shirt. She said that isn't rare. Is it rare?

If your talking about the pin lanyard, no. Everyone can get these really easy.

Actually, with the pin lanyard, the only way girls can get them is if they create a new character.
Boys have the ability to buy them. Girls do not.
That is the only way they could be "rare".
I have seen some girls who either don't know how to do mules or just plain won't, so they will trade for these and for the shirts with cameras (they are also only attainable for girls by creating new characters).
