I was curious about this, since I've seen:
A) Many posts about people "bouncing back" in 2008 to get free dining, etc.
B) Many posts where people are trying to book some resorts online and some room categories don't seem to be available for anywhere from September through December 2008, most of which time is usually pretty easy to get 12 months in advance.
I think maybe it's not true that there's a connection. I think maybe Disney is trying to book their higher-priced room categories before releasing the less expensive rooms. But it's food for thought.
