Are restaurants open during evening EMH?

Does anyone know if full service and/or counter service restaurants are open when the parks are open late for EMH?

From What I understand the some fast food area's will be open but I think, the sit down restaurants will be closed.

Don't know if I responded on a different thread. When I'm at WDW 1/2-1/6, I'm planning to find out the answer to this at least at MGM and MK. Don't know when you're going, but I'll be posting about this when I return.
