Most Quick Service joints have some kind of seating if that's what you mean. Every resort has a QS restaurant that just has a line to pay plus seating. The parks all have them too. The Table Service restaurants require reservations.

It depends on the restaurant, time of year and day and number of your party. Last week we were able to walk up and be seated at kimonos, spice road table and Biergarten with a party of 2 (3 at Spice Road). If you want to do restaurants such as BOG, Chef Mickey"s (most character meals actually, O"Hana, CRT, Cali Grill, etc., chances are slim that you will be able to walk up and get a table
