Are people rope dropping Finding Nemo Subs?

Just wondering what it is like.

Because the ride duration is like 14 minutes and it’s a slow loader I can’t imagine rope dropping this one, though maybe that makes it a good rope dropper since no one would think to go there for those reasons?

I try to stick with short duration rides during rope drop and/or the headliner I absolutely don’t want to miss.

Looking at historical data is USED to be on average a 35 minutes wait time, currently it’s an hour but that’s because it only just reopened. I imagine it will cool off as time passes.

ETA: App says it’s 45 minutes right now, I’d not rope drop it.

We rope dropped space mountain and went over to Nemo afterwards. We were on within 5 minutes. It was easily a 30 minute wait once we got done. It really is a super slow loader. If you want to ride it, I would do it at rope drop.

Okay I could see doing it after Space as your rope dropper, out of curiosity what did you do 3rd and how well did your 3rd ride work out?

We were on one of the first 4 cars on space that morning which i think really helped with getting on nemo so quickly.

We hit up the Matterhorn 3rd and it was 5 minutes. Then buzz and space again as a lightning lane.

Currently as long as your are in line by 830am you should be fine.
So you can probably fit in a couple of rides before Nemo at rope drop.
Otherwise, look at the wait during or after the fireworks.
Even use the Multiple Experience Pass if you have one burning in your pocket.

I agree with earlier posters. I just returned from the trip and I got in line between 8:15 and 8:30 and both times my wait was under 10 minutes. The wait times after that increased and stayed around 45 minutes most of the day. I did notice the wait time did drop to around 30 later in the night.
