Are New Plans equal to Old Plans?

Are the New Packages equal to the Old Packages? We just booked Platinum Plan because it seemed to be the Update of Grand Plan. Grand Plan gave us concierge access, even though we wanted to stay on 3rd Floor Waterview...we've stayed in the same room last two trips and want it again this time.
Does anyone know if Platinum Plan still has this perk?
