Are mosquitoes out now?

What's the bug situation like at WDW now? If anyone has update or advice, it's much appreciated. Going for our first trip saturday!

I don't think the mosquitos ever leave..they just hide themselves really well.

I think that it's also lovebug season right now..so you'll probably see those flying around!

I'm pretty sure there are fireflies in FL.

Do you mean lightning bugs? Do they not have lightning bugs in L.A.?

Edit: I was reading a post on here the other night. A picture close-up clearly had lovebugs stuck together in upper right of picture.

Yeah, lightning bugs. We didn't have those in Texas when I grew up either. We've seen the "pretend" ones at DL, in Ariel's ride and beginning of Pirates. Ha!
