I will let y'all know when I hear what they say. I asked my agent if we were going to show them the report so they can see all the things we DIDN'T ask for and she said she wanted to if it was ok. hehe!

She did say we shouldn't ask for a new door tho. They used an interior door between the house and garage and the inspector said it needs to be a solid core door (for fires). She said they will never agree to that and the fire will just go around it anyways so I guess we are leaving that off.

Yeah it's something we can end up working on ourselves. At least the door won't catch fire like the oven may!


Oh and I don't think I mentioned but because we are using our bank as lenders they were giving us a credit for being preferred. Well apparantly my loan officer asked them to double the credit and they did!! WOOHOO!!

Also I was chatting with him because he went on vacation and apparently went to the KY Derby. So he said they introduced a new drink instead of just the Mint Julep... it had Grey Goose and fruit juice and blackberries. Said his wife must have enjoyed it as she had several

Greetings from rainy NYC! I was apparently so disgusted by the bruins showing last night I jumped ship and went to enemy territory. we're actually heading to the met and Guggenheim as part of my moms Mother's Day present!

Yes! The things we are asking for are like fire hazards and plumbing leaks so hopefully they will see that they NEED to fix those
