Yes as PP said, and to add, this was during a scheduled test so no people were on board and no injuries.

We are headed to the airport in a few hours and I was wondering if they were up and running. Thanks for asking OP.

It was actually the reverse. WESH said the tow broke while an unoccupied train was being towed, and the train kept going and hit the tow tractor that was pulling it.
